TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.1 Read all admission related notices that is updated in Admission Portal before online fill-up of Application Forms.

1.2 Admission will be strictly in order of Merit as defined by Merit Points Rules stated in Admission Notice.

1.3 Each application shall contain:

(a) All personal details asked for in the Application Form

(b) Scanned JPG of all documents asked for in the Application Form

(c) All marks secured in qualifying 10+2 examination.

1.4 Filling of Application Form or paying Application Fee does not guarantee admission.

1.5 Admission shall be strictly within Seat Capacity mentioned for various courses in the Admission Notice.

1.6 Registration of students is strictly under the purview of West Bengal State University.

1.7 If West Bengal State University decides to withhold registration of any student, Bidhannagar College shall not be responsible and the student will have to pursue the matter with the University.

REFUNDS & CALENCELLATIONS

1. No refund of application fee even if student does not get / does not accept admission.

2. Refund of admission fees will be entertained only for students who will cancel admission within 1 month of start of classes for Semester-I.

3. To avail admission fees refund facility after cancellation, student must submit written application to Prinicpal.

4. Amount of admission fees refund would be as per prevailing UGC Guidline for the concerned academic year.
